  1. How long is Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience?
    Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience will take approximately 40-60 minutes. “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” will be playing in the Solder Field South Pole on a continuous loop.
  2. Where is Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience located?
    Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience is located at the upper deck of the Waldron Parking Garage and Soldier Field’s South Lot.
  3. What can we expect from Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience?
    A virtual greeting from “Dancer” the Reindeer when you arrive
    A Winter Wonderland experience that features:
       Light Displays, Tree Displays, Inflatables including snowmen, reindeer, penguins, polar bears, and your favorite Christmas Classics,  Frosty’s Christmas Tree Lane, Santa’s Garage – a chance to meet Santa while he’s working on his sleigh! (professional photo opportunities available) And once you’re done with Santa, you can head over to the Soldier Field South Pole! This includes: o Complimentary Hot Chocolate and Cookies (4 per vehicle) o Drive-inmovie experience of “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” on 2 LCD screens
  4. Where can I purchase tickets?

  5. What is the price of Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience?
    The ticket price for Santa’s Garage & Drive-In Experience is $45.00 from 11:00am-4:00pm and $65.00 from 4:00pm-10:00pm.
  6. When should I arrive for my scheduled time slot? If I’m late, can I join a later slot?
    Please arrive at the Waldron Parking Garage during your time slot. You may enter any time during the hour window on your ticket (i.e. if you booked 11:00am, you may arrive between 11:00am-12:00pm.) If you arrive at another time, you may not be guaranteed entry.
  7. Can tickets be traded, transferred, or refunded?
    Santa’s Garage & Drive-in Experience is non-transferrable and non-refundable. The name on the reservation must match the guest to ensure accuracy in case of the need for contact tracing. You are not able to transfer the ticket to another date; the event will remain open rain or shine.
  8. What happens if it rains/snows on the day of my reservation?
    Santa’s Garage & Drive-in Experience is rain or shine.
  9. What is the refund/cancellation policy?
    Santa’s Garage & Drive-in Experience is non-refundable.
  10. Can tickets be purchased on-site?
    No, all tickets must be pre-purchased online.
  11. What size vehicle is allowed?
    The Waldron Parking Garage clearance is 8’2”. Any vehicle that is taller than 8’2” will not be able to access the Winter Wonderland on the upper deck of the Waldron Parking Garage.
  12. Will I be able to stop or get out of our car to take pictures?
    Guests must stay in their vehicles for their safety and the safety of others. Traffic will be moving at a slow speed (no more than 5mph) throughout the event. This minimal speed provides ample time to enjoy each display. When you arrive at Santa’s Garage, there is an opportunity to take a photo with Santa–this is the only time you are allowed outside the vehicle and social distancing guidelines must be met.
  13. If we have a group of several cars, will we be able to enter the drive-in together?
    The driver of each vehicle must display a TicketWeb (TicketFast or mobile) ticket for that vehicle, and will line up in the order in which they enter. Unfortunately, it cannot be guaranteed that groups of cars will remain together in a row upon entering the exhibition.
  14. Do I have to wear a face covering?
    Yes, all guests over the age of 2 are required to wear a face covering unless medically unable. If the car windows are rolled down face coverings must be worn and it is highly encouraged to keep face coverings on even when the windows are rolled up.
  15. Will there be food or beverages for sale?
    Each ticket includes (4) hot chocolates and (4) cookies at Soldier Field’s South Pole located inside the South Parking Lot. You will be able to purchase additional hot chocolates and cookies on site.
  16. Can we drive through more than once?
    Tickets are for one-time experience only. Once you drive through the Winter Wonderland and Santa’s Garage, you will be directed across the street to Soldier Field’s South Pole (South Parking Lot), where you will have an opportunity to watch “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” as a drive-in experience and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies with your group.
  17. Will restrooms be available?
    Portable toilets, including those that are ADA accessible, and hand sanitizing stations will be available to use at Soldier Field’s South Pole (South Parking Lot.)
