Our passion for local and sustainably produced ingredients and our culture of culinary exploration has made Premier Catering & Events a leader in special event catering. Our longstanding relationships with Chicagoland purveyors ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients which we use to create meals that engage all of the senses. Based out of our 40,000 sq. foot creative kitchen in Chicago, our experienced team can design and skillfully execute events from an intimate meal for 10 to a food festival for 10,000…at any location you can imagine.

Our Community
While it’s great to take on major social and environmental issues, giving back to your community doesn’t always require thinking big. Although it may not solve hunger in America, local initiatives such as hosting a fundraising event for your local animal hospital, youth baseball team, or elderly care home and non-profit organizations can make a huge difference.

Assisting local non-profits is another way to get involved on a more micro level. The organization is giving back to the community in a myriad of ways, including salvaging and repurposing food waste, delivering fresh produce and healthy snacks to corner stores, and by equipping unemployed adults with the skills to enter the culinary workforce.

Over the years, we have worked closely with major financial institutions, corporations, local businesses and civic leaders to spearhead economic development in our most vulnerable neighborhoods, and where the majority of small and minority owned businesses have their business operations. As a result of our expertise in developing successful small business growth tools, our market has extended to serving businesses city and statewide.
